If you received an incorrect item or size, we will gladly resend you the correct item once we receive the other item(s) back.
We will email you a label to ship it back to us provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
If upon further research into your order, it is found that the items were shipped according to what our records show and there was no mistake in fulfilling, we will not offer an exchange. However, we may provide you with a discount code to help towards the purchase of the correct items.
If a product arrives damaged, due to shipping, we will replace it for you.
